The refund policy we apply complies with the Consumer Protection Act.

You must send us a written notice by email at clubsteam.cantobrossard@gmail.com. The cancellation will be calculated based on the date your email is sent.

Cancellation before the start of the session:

If you cancel your registration before the start of the session, no fees or compensation will be charged. Cancellation after the start of the session:

If you wish to cancel your registration after the session has started, we will calculate the prorated amount for the classes already taken and apply a penalty. This penalty will be the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the value of the classes not yet taken.

Absences

There will be no make-up classes during the session. We do not issue refunds for missed classes.

Club S.T.E.A.M. (CantoBrossard) reserves the right to cancel a service if there are not enough participants. In such a case, all registered participants will be notified in advance, and a full refund will be issued.

All classes are taught in English and French.

If your child will be late, absent, or needs to leave early, please notify us by email or by phone as soon as possible. You may also message us on the website.

In order to have a course running, we need to have at least 5 students registered for the course. Each course do not exceed 12 students.

We recognize that a 5-year-old and a 12-year-old are at very different stages of development. That’s why each student works individually or in small groups at their own level. Our instructors provide tailored guidance and age-appropriate challenges so that younger children can progress step by step, while older or more experienced students can dive deeper and advance more quickly. This approach allows every child to learn at their own pace, while still benefiting from the energy and creativity of a mixed-age class.

We supply all necessary materials (computers/software, lego blocks kit, etc.).
